Folie Village

Located in the iconic half-moon shaped bay of Jale, Folie Village creates "Artful Choreography" on Albania's southern coast. Oppenheim Group has designed a new concept of living through this modern, luxury and high-end development, comprising private villas and seafront apartments.

Evolving the local architectural heritage and spirit to create a sympathetic and timeless response, it will be the perfect getaway gem of the Mediterranean. Composed of tightly clustered buildings, the project includes private villas as well as seaview and penthouse apartments.

The development will offer commercial and amenity spaces including shops, bars, cafés, restaurants, a world-class spa, fitness suite, exclusive rooftops, vibrant beachside club, casino, and event spaces.

The project has started construction and will open by 2027. Set to be built in Jale, it draws inspiration from the rich vernacular and site ecologies found in the nearby villages of Vuno and Dhermi. By grounding itself in Jale, Folie Village aims to harmonize with its context and nature.

These villas are the perfect place to unwind a unique and authentic choice for modern families. The garden and parking area are exclusive features of each villa. Folie Village promotes beauty, sustainability and offers a better way of life for all. Private villas are predominantly paired together to maximize density and strengthen the communal nature of the residential development, encouraging neighbouring relationships.
